Terms & Conditions

Membership is one-time and lifetime, activated only with a valid unused ₹351 e-PIN issued by the company. Registration requires your full name, sponsor member code and a valid joining PIN. Mobile number and email are optional but strongly recommended for password recovery.

One person may hold more than one ID. Each ID needs its own PIN and its own sponsor code.

e-PINs are generated only by the company. A PIN is single use and becomes void the moment it activates an ID. Unused PINs may be transferred only to members inside your own team.

The ₹351 joining amount is non-refundable once the PIN is consumed and the ID is activated.

Every new member auto-places in a 2-wide matrix inside their sponsor's own team, up to 50 levels. Spillover happens within your team only — never into a company-wide pool.

₹150 for every direct referral and ₹3 per member per level up to 50 levels.

Working income is held until you complete 2 direct referrals. If 2 directs are not completed within 90 days of your ID activation, the entire held working income becomes zero and cannot be restored.

Ads are published on working days only and members may view the daily set of advertisements to earn the published reward per ad. Ad-viewing income is available for 15 months from ID activation.

Rewards are credited only for genuine viewing of the full required duration. Automation, bots, multiple devices, VPN abuse or any manipulation leads to reversal of earnings and possible ID termination.

Working income payouts run weekly with a minimum of ₹250 and a 15% deduction. Ad-viewing income payouts run weekly with a minimum of ₹50 and the same 15% deduction (5% TDS + 10% maintenance fee).

Payouts are made only to the bank account or UPI ID saved on your own profile. Incorrect payment details are the member's responsibility.

Ad bookings are subject to admin approval and payment confirmation. The company may reject or pause any advertisement that is illegal, misleading, adult, hateful, or violates third-party rights. Paid amounts for rejected content are refunded or adjusted at the company's discretion.

You must not make income guarantees on the company's behalf, misrepresent the plan, or use the brand name for unauthorised collection of money. Violation may lead to immediate ID block and forfeiture of pending income.

The company may update the plan, reward values, working days, and these terms at any time. Continued use of your ID after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes, claims and proceedings relating to Zest Ads / ZEST CONSUMER SERVICES are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and consumer forums at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India only.
